A 14-year-old boy has been arrested after a knife was reportedly seen during a fight in Croydon.
The incident happened in Central Parade near Salcot Crescent, New Addington at around 8.10pm on August 10.
Officers attended and a boy was arrested on suspicion of possession of an offensive weapon.
He was taken into police custody and has since been bailed.
A spokesperson for Metropolitan Police said: “Police were called at around 20:10 on Saturday, 10 August to a report of an altercation on Central Parade, Croydon.
“One male was reported to have been seen with a knife.
“Officers attended and arrested a 14-year-old on suspicion of possession of an offensive weapon.
“He was taken into custody and has since been bailed.”
