Police have launched an investigation into a fire at a derelict house in Croydon.
London Fire Brigade was called to the house on Davidson Road just after 2.30am on Sunday.
Six fire engines and around 40 firefighters tackled the fire.
The fire completely destroyed the ground floor and stairs at the end of the terrace house.
Most of the first floor of the house was also damaged.
14 residents from the neighbouring properties were evacuated.
No injuries were reported.
The Brigade were called at 2.35am and the incident was over by 5.59am.
Fire crews from Woodside, Croydon, Beckenham, West Norwood, and Norbury fire stations attended the scene.
The fire is now under investigation by the London Fire Brigade and the Metropolitan Police.
