A brunch date is the perfect way to spend a day without wanting to go all out, you get to sleep and you don't have to stay out till late.

Brunch menus combine the best of both worlds when it comes to breakfast and lunches, mixing the likes of Full English, Avocado Toast and Pancakes.

In recent years brunch spots have been appearing all over London and all offering unique experiences and meals.

But with so many to choose from, what brunch spots in London are really worth visiting?

Well, now top chefs have given their say and advice as well as Open Table who have revealed the most booked brunch restaurants in London.

The best brunch restaurants to try in London 

In an article for The Times, chef-patron of Kota in Porthleven, Cornwall, Jude Kereama shared their top London brunch spot was Fallow, St James.

Sharing: "All the dishes were delicious and just cooked brilliantly. Definitely go for their Royale with sausage patty, cheese, bacon and fried egg in a croissant roll. Wash it all down with a mandarin mimosa or a great bloody mary and you are set for the day.”

Elsewhere, fellow top chef, André Garrett, the executive chef of the Corinthia Hotel, praised Urban Pantry in Chiswick.

Describing Urban Pantry, André shares: "The food is great and very plentiful, with a wide-ranging menu with great sausages, smashed avocado, sourdough, fresh pancakes and my favourite, baked shakshuka.

"Their toasties are oozing — brie, bacon and mushroom is awesome. The plant-based bowl is a great healthy option and keeps you feeling well.”

One brunch restaurant named by Open Table was 14 Hills on Fenchurch Street, the rooftop spot offers everything from a cocktail bar, private dining and an extensive menu and wine list.

Swan Bar next to the Shakespeare Globe offers stunning views of the River Thames and impressive meals including British classics and weekend brunch menus.
