£1million worth of crystal meth has been seized from a flat in Croydon.
Police carried out a raid at the flat, and arrested a man who has since been charged with possession with intent to supply a class A drug.
Officers claim that this is part of a scheme to disrupt and prevent serious crime in the borough.
A spokesperson for Croydon Police: “An estimated £1 million worth of crystal meth has been seized after a drugs warrant at a flat in Croydon.
“A man was arrested and later charged with possession with intent to supply a class A drug.
“The arrest was part of work to disrupt and prevent serious violence in Croydon.”
