Smoke from the rubbish container fire
Firefighters have battled a blaze in rubbish containers at a Morden industrial estate this morning.
London Fire Brigade (LFB) said 15 firefighters and three fire engines were called to the fire on Amenity Way at 8.54am.
A spokesman for the LFB confirmed firefighters put out the fire, which began in three rubbish containers, by 9.18am.
Thick plumes of black smoke could be seen coming from the area before 9am today.
