Police are searching for a convicted murder who might be in London.
Carl Hyde, 67, was serving a life sentence for stabbing an elderly pensioner to death in 1988.
However, he was released from prison into an approved premises in Peterborough.
But he has now breached his licence conditions by absconding from that approved location.
Cambridgeshire Police said Hyde has connections in Reading, Oxford and London.
This is not the first time he's been on the run.
In 2001 he absconded from an open prison in Buckinghamshire while on a shopping trip.
On that occasion police caught up with him and arrested him in Guildford.
Anyone who sees Hyde is warned not to approach him.
Officers who are searching for Hyde have released an updated photograph of him.
The public are instead being urged to contact the authorities online or via 101 if they have information on his whereabouts, quoting incident 336 of January 1.
