The GP Patient Survey has revealed how often patients feel that they get to speak to their preferred GP at doctor’s surgeries in Croydon 2023.

Patients have had their say on the service their GP provides in an annual survey carried out by the NHS.

The survey includes categories such as how easy it is to get an appointment, whether appointments are in person, and how helpful the receptionists are.

We’ve searched through the results of the GP surgeries in Croydon to find the best and worst rated surgeries regarding their experiences with being able to see their preferred GP.

The higher the percentage a GP receives in the survey, the more satisfied customers are that they get to see their preferred GP.

The top surgery was Old Coulsdon Medical Practice with 73 per cent followed by Stovell House Surgery with 58 per cent and Mersham Medical Centre with 57 per cent.

The surgeries where patients were less satisfied when it comes to seeing their preferred GP were East Croydon Medical Centre with 12 per cent, Whitehorse Practice with 18 per cent and St James Medical Centre with 19 per cent.
