Royal Mail has confirmed that there may be issues with certain deliveries to addresses in West Norwood today.
Royal Mail is a business that provides postal and delivery services six days a week to homes across the United Kingdom.
In a small number of local offices, this may temporarily not be possible due to local issues such as high levels of sick absence, resourcing, or other local factors.
The Royal Mail website states that customers living in West Norwood, with the postcode SE27, could be impacted by this today (October 13).
In these cases, Royal Mail rotates deliveries to minimise the delay to individual customers.
The British postal service is providing targeted support to the East Dulwich office to address their challenges and restore their service to the high standard.
Other areas of the UK which are impacted by current issues include: Andover DO (SP10 and SP11), Bedworth DO (CV12), Bristol East DO (BS12), Bristol South DO (BS3, BS13 and BS41), Bristol South East DO (BS4 and BS14), Clevedon DO (BS21), Weston Super Mare DO (BS22, BS23 and BS24) and Wrington DO (BS40).
