A horror month in south London saw 13 people stabbed, claiming the lives of four of the victims.

Last month saw a string of attacks in Herne Hill, Crystal Palace, Peckham, Norwood, Bermondsey, Thornton Heath and Orpington. 

Information about each incident is from the Metropolitan Police.

Boy, 15, taken to hospital after stabbing in Crystal Palace

A 15-year-old boy was taken to hospital after a stabbing at a park in Crystal Palace.

The incident happened at Crystal Palace Park just after 7.50pm on June 3.

He was taken to hospital for treatment, where his condition was assessed as not life-threatening.

No arrests have been made.

Woman stabbed to death in Croydon home

A man has been charged with murder following the death of a woman in Croydon.

Felecia, 29, was found with stab wounds at an address in Grenaby Avenue on June 9.

She was taken to hospital in a critical condition and was pronounced dead on June 14.

Hussain Haron, 22, of London Road in Mitcham, appeared at the Old Bailey on June 23 where he was charged with murder.

He was remanded in custody and will appear at the Old Bailey on September 8.

Man taken to hospital after stabbing in Herne Hill

A man has been taken to hospital after a stabbing in Herne Hill.

The incident happened in Rymer Street at around 7.50pm on June 11.

He was treated at the scene before being taken to hospital.

His condition was assessed as not life-threatening.

A crime scene has been put in place following the incident.

No arrests have been made as police enquiries continue.

Man in his 20s dies after stabbing in Thornton Heath

Usmaan Mahmood was found injured at the junction of Melfort Road and Sandfield Road at 4.16pm on June 13.

He was rushed to a major trauma centre by paramedics and died in the hospital the following day on June 14.

Police now believe that he was stabbed within Thornton Heath Recreation Ground, before running out onto Sandfield Road and collapsing.

A post-mortem examination was held on June 15 and confirmed the cause of death as sharp force trauma.

His next of kin are being supported by trained officers during this time.

No arrests have been made in connection to the crime, and police enquiries are still underway.

Man dies after being stabbed in chest in Peckham

A 38-year-old man has died after a stabbing in Peckham.

Aravind Sasikumar was found injured in Southampton Way just before 1.30am on June 16.

Despite the efforts of emergency services, he died at the scene.

Police have confirmed that his family have been informed.

A post-mortem examination confirmed that Aravind died from stab wounds to the chest.

On June 17, Salman Salim, 25, of Southampton Way, was charged with murder.

He appeared at Croydon Magistrates’ Court on June 17 and has been remanded in custody to appear at the Old Bailey on June 20.

Man taken to hospital after stabbing in Croydon

A man has been taken to hospital after a stabbing in Croydon.

The incident happened in George Street at around 7pm on June 23.

Two males have been arrested on suspicion of causing GBH.

They were taken into police custody.

Two taken to hospital after double stabbing in Bermondsey

Two men have been taken to hospital after a double stabbing in Bermondsey.

One man was found injured in Lower Road at around 5.35pm on June 24. 

A second manwas then found nearby having also been stabbed.

They were both taken to hospital for further treatment and their conditions were later assessed as non-life threatening.

No arrests have been made.

Man dies after stabbing in Peckham

A man has died after a stabbing in Peckham.

The incident happened in Nunhead Green at 9.20pm on June 25.

His next of kin have been informed and are being supported by officers.

No arrests have been made.

Boy, 16, stabbed near tram stop in Croydon

A 16-year-old boy has been taken to hospital after a stabbing near a tram stop in Croydon.

The incident happened in Shoreham Close just before 7.40pm on June 26.

Police and London Ambulance Service crews attended and found a boy injured.

Members of the public provided first aid before emergency services arrived. 

He was taken to hospital where his condition was assessed as not life-threatening.

No arrests have been made as police enquires continue.

Man taken to hospital after stabbing in Thornton Heath

A man has been taken to hospital after being stabbed during a fight in Thornton Heath.

The incident between two men happened in Woodville Road just before 5.15pm on June 27.

He was taken to hospital for further treatment.

His injuries were assessed as life-changing but not believed to be life-threatening.

No arrests have been made as police enquiries continue.

Teen fighting for life after double stabbing outside Orpington hotel

Two teens have been taken to hospital after a double stabbing in Orpington.

The incident happened outside the Premier Inn Hotel just after 11.30pm on June 28.

They were both taken to hospital for treatment where one of them remains in a critical condition.

Two 17-year-old girls were arrested on suspicion of conspiracy to murder.

They are currently in police custody.
