Croydon Athletic have announced Kevin Rayner as their new reserve team manager and Roly Martin as his assistant.
Both men join from Carshalton Athletic where they had the same roles under Croydon boss Dave Garland when he was in charge there.
They replace former reserve team manager Gerry Cox who left the club this summer. Also departed is assistant manager Peter Thomas, who has left to take up the same post at Banstead Athletic.
