A flat was destroyed by fire in Colliers Wood last night.
The London Fire Brigade was called to the blaze in Runnymede at 9.44pm.
One person escaped the building before the Brigade arrived.
About 70 per cent of the five-room ground floor flat was damaged by the fire.
