An elderly woman's photographs of her late husband were snatched from her in a robbery on Wednesday, June 18.
The 58-year-old was in a mobility scooter travelling along Brigstock Road when her handbag was snatched between 4.10 and 4.20pm.
Inside the handbag was some small change, her keys and pictures of her late husband.
The suspect leapt into a K registration bottle-green Ford Fiesta which reversed along Brigstock Road as far as London Road, about 100m, and drove off.
The suspect is described as female, between 20 and 22, with shoulder-length blonde hair tied up.
She was wearing blue jeans and a blue T-shirt.
