Five Cineworld cinemas across south London are still at risk of permanently closing due to bankruptcy.
The British cinema operator went into administration in 2022 and announced that it is in £5 billion in debt.
As a result of the ongoing issue, 129 branches across the UK are at risk of closure including five in south London.
It recently gave an update on its future as the company struggles to find a new buyer, reports the Mirror.
The cinema giant said they had been approached by a number of potential buyers interested in a takeover.

It added that none of them were reportedly willing to pay in cash for the whole business.
This leaves all 129 branches at risk however they will continue to operate as normal in the meantime.
