If you've ever wanted to fly across the streets of London, you're in luck as you finally can.

There is set to be a brand new massive zip wire coming to the capital next year for just two days in September.

The adrenalin junkie active will let you glide between two iconic buildings, the Cheesegrater and the Gherkin.

But it's not as simple as it seems, as the once-in-a-lifetime experience is part of a charity activity, the London Landmarks Skyscraper Challenge.

The challenge is in aid of the not-for-profit event organised by Tommy's, a pregnancy and baby-loss charity with a goal to raise £1 million for Tommy's and other charities.

And do not worry if the zip wire isn't for you, as there's one other activity that you can try your hand at if you help raise money for the charitable cause.

With the option to take jaw-dropping 200 metres abseil down the Cheesegrater.

There is one other small catch before you fly across the skies or climb down the side of a skyscraper like Spider-Man, you first have to scale 42 floors.

But the climbing pays off as you will have an amazing once-in-a-lifetime experience.

If you want to take part then you'll need to secure a place with one of the charity partners before you start fundraising.

Once you start fundraising, a target will be set depending on the challenge you choose.

Event spaces are limited so you'll need to pre-register to see your chances of getting a spot.

You can do that via the London Landmarks Skyscraper Challenge website.
