Regarding Clockhouse Lane railway bridge. It's disappointing to learn that Hounslow and the other authorities cannot agree to install a footbridge to make it safer for cyclists and pedestrians.
Perhaps the only solution is to have traffic lights with a lined walk-way for them - is that a county issue or can Spelthorne and Hounslow share the cost?
