London is preparing to welcome thousands of football fans as the UEFA Women's Euros Final takes place at Wembley Stadium.

This will see England take on Germany in an all-stakes game that could see football finally coming home.

The final takes place on Sunday, July 31 and will see England take on Germany, in a repeat of the 2009 Euro final which Germany won 6-2.

Doors are set to open at 2pm on Sunday.

With doors opening at 2pm, kick-off is just a few hours later, with the final show presented by Pepsi MAX at 4.45pm.

Kick-off is scheduled for 5pm.
