Two Tooting men appeared at Kingston Crown Court this morning to plead not-guilty to assaulting a traffic warden.
The 38-year-old victim was left with serious head injuries after he was attacked while on duty outside the Gardeners Arms pub in Chatham Road, Battersea, on June, 27, last year.
Steven Pratley, 24, and Lee Jones, 22, were both granted unconditional bail.
They will stand trial for actual body harm at the same court on July 21.
