Hercules Wimbledon are staging the East Surrey League cross country relays on Wimbledon Common on Saturday starting at 2pm near the Fox and Grapes pub off the Causeway.
Ranelagh Harriers host their annual mob cross country match with rivals Blackheath & Bromley in Richmond Park on Saturday.
The race, for the Pelling-Ratcliffe Cup is over 7.7 miles starting near the Pembroke Lodge car park, at 2.30pm.
On Sunday, Ranelagh Harriers are helping to organise the Richmond mini-marathon trials in Richmond Park, starting at 10am.
