A man has died after "falling from height" in Croydon.
Police and ambulance crews attended the scene at the junction of Wellesley Road and Sydenham Road at around 1.45pm this afternoon.
A man, believed to be in his late 30s, was found with injuries consistent with a fall.
He was pronounced dead the scene.
The man's death is being treated as unexplained.
According to police initial enquiries suggest there was no third party involvement.
A Met Police spokesperson said: "At 13:47hrs on Tuesday, 18 January police were called to the junction of Wellesley Road and Sydenham Road in Croydon following reports that a person had fallen from height.
"Officers attended with London Ambulance Service paramedics.
"A man, believed to be in his late 30s, was found with injuries consistent with a fall.
"He was pronounced dead at the scene.
"While the man's death is being treated as unexplained, initial enquiries suggest there was no third party involvement."
