A BMW driver has been fined and disqualified after drug driving in Croydon.
Tyrell Harris admitted to driving a BMW under the influence of cannabis in Drummond Road, Croydon on July 4, 2021.
There were 2.7 microgrammes/litre of Delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) in the 23-year-old's blood - which exceeds the specified limit.
Harris, of Arundel Road in Croydon, was subsequently slapped with a £239 fine during a hearing at Croydon Magistrates' Court on January 13.
This includes a £120 fine, £34 to victim services and costs of £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service.
He was also disqualified for holding or obtaining a driving licence for 14 months.
