RANGERS are one of a number of clubs that are trailing Millwall's promising youngster Zak Lovelace.

The 15-year-old attacker is believed to be one of the best talents to come out of the Lions youth academy in recent years.

Lovelace has already attracted interest from Premier League sides such as his former club Brighton and Hove Albion and Leicester City.

Scottish giants Rangers have been watching him regularly this season.

The youngster is the club's second-youngest ever player when he came off the bench against Coventry City last month.

The club had to get permission from his school in order for him to be allowed to play.

Lovelace has trained with manager Gary Rowett's first team on several occasions this season.

The boss will be hoping that the opportunities with the first team will convince Lovelace to stay at the club.

The New Den side are hoping to convince Lovelace to stay and to sign a professional contract.

Lovelace has scored more than 20 goals for Millwall and has played at  Under-16, 18 and 23 levels for the club.
