A Porsche driver has been fined more than £600 after exceeding a 20mph speed limit in Croydon.
Ozcan Ahmet admitted to driving at 39mph in Pampisford Road, which has a speed limit of 20mph, on June 8 last year.
The 43-year-old, of Hammond Close in south Croydon, was slapped with a £623 fine for the offence during a hearing at Bromley Magistrates’ Court on January 4.
This includes a £476 fine, £47 to fund victim services and costs of £100 which must be paid by February 1.
The defendant was also given six points on his driving license.
The speed was recorded with a Pro Laser 4 camera.
