PALACE manager Patrick Vieira has confirmed that he will be without two players due to injury for the match against Brighton.

Vieira is already without Wilfried Zaha, Jordan Ayew and Cheikou Kouyate as they are at the Africa Cup of Nations.

The Frenchman confirmed though that defender James Tomkins and James McArthur will both miss the game.

Vieira also admitted that both players will be out for the next couple of weeks.

On James Tomkins, he said: "It is an injury and we need to wait and see how he will improve.

"Obviously not having him with us is losing an experienced player in the dressing room and on the field. We need to evaluate the injury week after week.

"Hopefully it'll be a couple of weeks not months."

Nathan Ferguson missed the game against Millwall, but he is back in the side as Vieira confirmed that he will be a part of the squad that travels to Brighton for the match tomorrow evening.

The boss also hopes that goalkeeper Vicente Guiata will be back in the team for the match tomorrow as he was also an absentee from the FA Cup squad.
