PALACE have been backed to be able to provide Juventus wantaway midfielder Aaron Ramsey.
The former Arsenal midfielder has struggled to reach his best since his move to Italy.
Ramsey has only made 70 appearances for the Turin based club in all competitions, including two this season.
The Welshman has scored six goals and provided six assists in that time, but has consistently performed for the Wales national team when he has been fit.
Palace have been linked to the midfielder as a potential destination if he were to leave Juventus.
Football journalist Dean Jones has suggested that the Selhurst Park club would be a good fit for 31-year-old.
He told GiveMeSport: "Aaron Ramsey would like to move back to London specifically.
"I'm told he even has eyes on a specific area that he would like to live in, and Crystal Palace would fit with him making that next move in his life and career."
One issue with a potential deal is that Ramsey would likely need to take a pay cut as he is reportedly on £400,000 per week.
Although it is believed he would be open to a compromise on wages.
