PALACE attackers Michael Olise and Eberechi Eze have impressed in recent weeks and have given manager Patrick Vieira a difficult decision.

Olise has proven to be one of the bargains of the summer after his arrival from Championship side Reading.

He set up one goal and scored another against West Ham in the Premier League last week before turning the tide in the FA Cup victory over Millwall.

The Dutchman scored a stunning goal to equalise before assisting Jean-Philippe Mateta's winning goal.

Eze also impressed against Millwall in what was his first start since May.

Vieria said: “Their job is to make it difficult for me and when you look at the way both of them played.

“I will have a difficult decision to make in the next couple of weeks.

“Michael’s performance shows the fantastic potential in the player, but at the same time he needs to keep developing himself.”

Palace stars Wilfried Zaha and Jordan Ayew are away at the Africa Cup of Nations so there is a chance that the two attackers could be given a chance to establish themselves in the first team.

Vieira said: “I think having Jordan at the Africa Cup of Nations, it will give him [Olise] obviously more time to play in the Premier League.

“We know how good he can be and now what is important for us is to work together to improve that talent.

“All the players are impatient. They all want to play and this is what I like about Michael and about Eze.

“They want to be on the field and want to play.”
