A 23-year-old motorcyclist has been charged after one police officer was allegedly concussed and another suffered a suspected fracture during a stop in Croydon.
Police are appealing for witnesses to the incident, which took place at around 10am on Thursday, December 30, on Cherry Tree Green, south Croydon.
The male motorcyclist, aged 23, allegedly became violent after being stopped by officers. He was detained following Taser deployment and a knife was allegedly recovered at the scene.
The 23-year-old has been charged in connection with the incident.
