WELLING’s Guy Earl of Warwick pub has confirmed an opening date for its customers.
The new operators of the pub, Bonnie and Ray, have confirmed refurbishment plans are set to start as of January 2022.
They are looking to open the pub’s doors in February next year.

Bonnie and Ray told the News Shopper: “We’re the new operators of the pub and we’re looking forward to reopening the venue.
“The development works are due to start in January and look to open the pub mid-February.”
Pub franchise Greene King purchased the property and announced plans to restore the venue in early November.
The pub will be one of three other pubs owned by Greene King in Welling.
The other two are the Nags Head in Welling High Street and the We-Anchor-In-Hope in Bellegrove Road.
The Guy Earl of Warwick previously closed its doors during the coronavirus pandemic.
It is located on Park View Road next to Welling football stadium.
