Carshalton South and Clockhouse Police are investigating after finding a large amount of cannabis during a search warrant.
Officers executed the warrant in the ward on Sunday and found the drugs.
The occupant was arrested on suspicion of possession with intention to supply.
He has been released under investigation while officers download phones and electronics for evidence of supply.
Carshalton South and Clockhouse Police revealed what had happened on social media.
Their post said: "On 29/08/2021 we executed a warrant on the ward.
"We have seized a large amount of cannabis and arrested the occupant for PWITS.
"He has been released under investigation while we download phones and electronics to secure evidence of supply."
