A man was stabbed multiple times in a Crystal Palace shop yesterday.
Police were called to a commercial property on Westow Hill at around 5pm, following reports of a stabbing.
Officers attended alongside paramedics, who treated a man for injuries to his face and hands, which are fortunately not thought to be life-threatening.
A crime scene was put in place around Poundstretcher, according to witnesses, which has now been closed.
Police are yet to make any arrests, as enquiries continue.
A spokesperson said: “Anyone with information which could assist the investigation is asked to call 101 quoting ref CAD 5589/27Jul or alternatively contact Crimestoppers completely anonymously on 0800 555 111.
"They never ask your name and they cannot trace your call, your IP address or the device you use.”
