Two men were arrested for drug dealing offences after a police chase ended with a car crashing into a fence in Catford.
Officers patrolling in the Doggett Road area saw a 21-year-old run after spotting the police vehicle at around 10.45am on Fridat, May 14.
A car chase ensued, which ended with the driver crashing into a nearby fence, before both men attempted to flee across a train line.
Both men were arrested on suspicion of possession with intent to supply class A and B drugs, as well as driving offences.
The driver, a 48-year-old, was taken to hospital for treatment before being discharged.
They have been released under investigation while enquiries continue.
A London Ambulance Service spokesperson said: "We were called at 10.50am today (14 May) to reports of a road traffic collision on Doggett Road, at the junction with Catford Road.
"We sent an ambulance crew, who treated a person at the scene and took them to a hospital."
