DON’T’ expect much sunshine this weekend as it is predicted to be cloudy.
From stormy to sunshine, it is safe to say the weather has been up and down recently.
This weekend in Brighton and Hove, however, may not be a good one for visiting a pub garden or a long country walk.
It is expected to be very windy again for much of the weekend. Wind speeds could reach as high as 36 mph on Saturday.
Here is how the weather will look this weekend:
Friday 7 May
Friday offers a promising start to the weekend as it is predicted to have sunny intervals for much of the day.
Despite the sun the highest the temperature will reach is 11 degrees, although it will feel more like nine.
The good news is that there is a very small chance of rain. This is the best it could get.
Saturday 8 May
On Saturday, rain is predicted to fall for most of the day with at least an 80 per cent chance of precipitation expected between 10:00am and 16:00pm.
While the rain falls, the temperature should at least rise throughout the day. Starting at eight degrees and rising to 13 degrees in the early evening.
It will, however, feel a lot colder more like seven degrees, so make sure you have enough to keep warm.
Sunday 9 May
Sunday is expected to be drier and a little bit warmer. No rain is predicted and there could be a flash of sunlight between 10:00am and 13:00pm.
Temperature wise there will be highs of 14 degrees for most of the day. It will feel a bit colder due to 30 mph winds.
So, this weekend could be one for a house clean or some family fun at home.
