A FORMER X-Factor winner and a celebrity magician are combining their talents in a bid to say thank you to the NHS.
Last month Matt Cardle, who grew up near Halstead, and Magic Circle magician Michael J Fitch hosted a magic and music event via Zoom.
Following the success of the event the pair have teamed up again and this time after offering up 300 free tickets to NHS heroes.
Matt, 37, and Michael, 42, will both support 150 NHS workers close to where they live.
Michael, who lives in Stanway, said: “This last year has shown who the true heroes are.
“We know a lot of money has been raised for the NHS but we didn’t know how much had gone to staff.
“We wanted to give them something special.”

The evening will feature Matt singing some of his best known tracks alongside tricks and illusions from Michael.
It takes place on April 23 from 7.30pm to 9.30pm.

There will also be a 50 per cent discount for NHS staff across the county using NHSSTAFF.
