Police are appealing for information after a member of staff was racially abused at a London Underground station.
On October 13, just before 6pm, a man approached a member of rail staff and asked for assistance with his Oyster card at Morden Station.
Noticing he was not wearing a face covering, the staff member asked him to put one on before she could assist him.
The man refused to put on a face covering and started shouting at the member of staff before entering a station shop. The man then emerged from the shop and again spoke to the staff member, during which he racially abused her.
He left the station after the interaction but is reported to have returned the following day to take a photo of the member of rail staff before leaving the station.
Officers believe the man in the CCTV image may have information which could assist their investigation.
