Motorcyclist in hospital with 'life-changing injuries' after A24 crash
A motorcyclist has been taken to hospital with injuries believed to be "life-changing" after a car crash in North Cheam.
The A24 was quickly closed after the motorbike was collided with a car on Cheam Common Road.
Met Police say they were called to a collision at 12:27pm today, September 8, on Cheam Common Road at the junction with London Road in Sutton.
In a statement police said: "A motorbike had been in collision with a car.
"The bike rider was taken to hospital, his injuries are believed to be life changing at this time.
"Road closures are in place."
