A dramatic chase between police and two men who failed to stop their vehicle for officers unfolded in Epsom over the weekend (July 4-5).
Two men were arrested by officers from the Epsom and Ewell division of Surrey Police after attempting to flee pursuing police on foot after they crashed the vehicle they were driving on Epsom's Lower Court Road.
Police posted about the chase on Twitter, where they described how the men driving what appeared to be a silver Volvo had failed to stop for police.
A chase was launched by police who chase the car through Epsom before it seemingly crashed into a street sign on Lower Court Road.
Images posted by police showed the aftermath of the crash, where the front of the silver car involved appeared buckled and smashed into the partially destroyed street sign.
