A 45-year-old has been arrested over grevious bodily harm following an assault with a bottle in Croydon.
Police have taken a 45-year-old man into custody on suspicion of attacking someone with a bottle in Croydon, causing several injuries.
According to Croydon MPS, a victim was assaulted over the weekend by someone with a bottle, leaving them with lacerations to their hand and face.
A 45-year-old man has now been arrested overnight by an emergency response team for grievous bodily harm.
Police say he is now in custody, and praised the "brilliant" response of officers in making the arrest.
It is not known where the incident occurred, but police say the attack took place on Saturday, June 13.
