Hundreds of people have been put behind bars across South London in 2020, but a number of major suspects and criminals still remain at large.

These men are wanted for a number of reasons, including major frauds networks, drugs charges and violence, and police are looking for anyone with any information on their whereabouts to come forward.

The following are all listed on London's most wanted list.

Mirjan Luku, SE13

Your Local Guardian:

Luku is wanted for the production of cannabis and abstracting electricity after police discovered him at the scene of a large-scale cannabis factory in Lee Green, Lewisham.

He was arrested, charged and remanded to Bromley Magistrates Court however he was accidentally released by gaolers at Bromley Magistrates Court and is now wanted at large.

The Courts have issued a 1st Instance Warrant not backed for bail.

He is described as male, aged between 25 and 30, with straight black hair and green eyes. He is approximately 5'10'', and of dark European ethnic appearance, possibly Albanian.

Angelo Betti

Your Local Guardian:

Angelo Betti is wanted by the Met Police for possession with intent to supply Class A drugs.

He was caught in Bellingham in Lewisham in 2019, and is now wanted by police.

Betti is described as white European and aged 30 to 25.

Ersin Mustafa

Your Local Guardian:

Mustafa, also known as Kahraman, is wanted on insider dealing charges after abusing his position at a investment bank.

From 2006 to 2008, he, along with a number of other people, abused his position as an employee of an investment bank.

Mustafa allegedly stole confidential information and documents about future acquisitions and mergers and provided them to others who then traded using this information. Over a two year period, the group made approximately £2.5 million in criminal profits.

On 29th July 2008, Mustafa was arrested by the City of London Police and later released on bail. On 18th December 2009, he failed to attend a police station in London and is believed to have fled the UK around this time

He is described as of Mediterranean appearance, of stocky build, and aged between 35-40.

Oboh Imasogie, SW15

Your Local Guardian:

Imasogie, aged between 50 and 55, is wanted in connection with immigration offences.

Described as large, with black hair and a beard, Imasogie is Afro-Caribbean.

He is also known by the nicknames Augustus Cole and Austin Coleman.

Christakis Philippou

Your Local Guardian:

Philippou is wanted for multiple conspiracy to defraud offences between 2004 and 2006.

The subject was involved in conspiracies where he and his co-defendants repeatedly set out to acquire, or sometimes to set up from scratch, travel agency businesses which were used as vehicles for fraud.

The travel agencies attracted customers by offering cut-price holidays. The prices were so low that legitimate companies could not compete with them. In each case, the travel agency ceased to trade, leaving customers without a holiday.

This scam hit many, defrauding an estimated 20,000 people.

Philippou is over 70, with dark receeding hair and is approximately 5’6’’.

He is a British citizen, and has a proportionate build and his dark hair, which is normally swept back, is greying.
