Surrey Police said they had arrested a teenager after responding to the attempted theft of a car in Epsom on Monday night (May 18).
An unknown Epsom resident confronted two men who were reportedly attempting to steal a car from their property, Surrey's Road Policing Unit (RPU) said.
The men fled the scene but one, a 17-year-old, was later arrested in connection with the incident.
