A woman who died after being involved in a traffic collision has been named by the police.
Rachel Brown, 25, was pronounced dead after being involved in a collision with two other vehicles last week.
Police were called to reports of a traffic collision, at London Road junction, Palmer Avenue, at around 8.55 am on April 7.
Rachel Brown was riding her bicycle when she was in collision with two vehicles.
Despite the efforts of emergency services, she was sadly pronounced dead at the scene.
A spokesperson for the police said: "Rachel was riding her bicycle when she was in collision with two vehicles.
"Despite the efforts of police, London Ambulance Service and members of the public, she was pronounced dead at the scene.
"Rachel's next of kin have been informed.
"No other persons were injured and all parties involved remained at the scene.
"There has been no arrest."
