Passengers travelling on the Southern Rail Service should be aware that trains will be cancelled, delayed or revised until 12pm following a points failure at Selhurst.

Lines have reopened however - there will be disruption to the service, as it returns to its normal routine.

Residents should check all journey's prior to travelling as services are going to be affected by the points failure which took place at the Selhurst depot which means, passengers might have to find an alternative route.

Due to the shortage of services, trains which will be running are expected to be busier than normal and Southern Rail is asking passengers to try and delay travelling until later.

In the mean time - tickets are being accepted on the following rail services at no extra cost:
