THE Argus (Wednesday) published an 11 inch by eight inch drawing which was described as “revealing the future of the Black Rock site”.
It just goes to show how hard Brighton and Hove City Council has been hit by financial cutbacks when it has to rely on the efforts of children attending an up-to-five playgroup in order to illustrate its plans for the future of this long-neglected site.
If the council takes the next step and lets them carry out the renovation work, it should not be surprised if the end result bears a striking resemblance to having been constructed out of Lego and Play Dough.
