Surrey Police stepped up their efforts in the hunt for wanted man Nathan Smithers who they said might be travelling with a known other.

On Thursday (February 13), a spokesperson for the county police force reissued their call for information on Smithers and offered some of the details they were currently working with in the hope of public help.

"We are renewing our appeal to trace wanted man Nathan Smithers who may be in the company of Liza Mullan.

"The pair are wanted in connection with an ongoing investigation and have links to the following areas.

"Sunbury, Ashford, Staines, Egham, Chertsey, New Haw, and Caterham in Surrey, as well as High Wycombe and Chalfont St Giles in Buckinghamshire and Feltham, Isleworth and Twickenham in Greater London," the spokesperson said.

Detailed descriptions of both Smithers and Mullan were also published by the police in the information appeal:

"Smithers, aged 44 from Stanwell, is described as 5 ft 10 tall, of a heavy build, with blue eyes and short, straight, brown hair, which may be shaved at the sides.

"Mullan, aged 38 and from New Haw is described as having a skinny build, being 5ft 1 inches tall, has long brown hair and hazel eyes.

"She also goes by the names of Lisa Mullard and Taleah Harris.

"She has a small cut to the centre of her forehead and a tattoo of the letters OHM and tribal lettering on the back of her neck."
