Thames Water has apologised for the low water pressure issue that is currently taking place across parts of south-east London.
A statement posted online by Thames Water said: "We're aware that customers may be experiencing no water or low pressure this morning in #SE1 #SE8 and #SE16.
"This is due to a burst main on Blackfriars Road.
"Specialist engineers are currently in the area investigating the problem, and they will be doing everything they can to get things up and running as quickly as possible.
We’re really sorry for any disruption this has caused."
Residents are advised to contact Thames Water for further information.
