Commuters heading towards Gatwick Airport or Brighton should expect delays until 9am this morning because of urgent repairs that are needed to the track between Earlswood and Gatwick Airport.
The Gatwick express service as well as the Southern service between London Victoria, London Bridge, Redhill and Gatwick Airport, maybe cancelled, delayed or revised.
According to Network Rail - the Thameslink service is also facing disruption between Peterborough, Bedford, Cambridge and Horsham, Littlehampton and Brighton.
