Police arrested three men and seized balaclavas, crowbars and a number of possibly stolen items after stopping a car in Esher recently.
Surrey Police posted images of a number of the items confiscated by officers after they made the traffic stop check.
They are appealing to the public and hope to determine whether the items are stolen or not.
Lawnmowers, toolboxes and drills were among some of the other equipment seized from the car by the police.
"Following the vehicle stop, three men were found in the possession of crowbars, balaclavas, gloves and an unspecified quantity of a herbal substance.
"The men were arrested and have been released under investigation," a spokesperson for Surrey Police said.
Anyone who recognizes any of the items featured is asked to call police on 101, "quoting 4519011753 with confirmation of model serial numbers".
