Commuters using South Western Railway (SWR) services are being advised to check before travelling following a landslip between Epsom and Ewell West Station on December 29.

According to SWR incident has caused the rail lines to blocked.

This means that there is no train services from Epsom and Ewell West.

SWR have also confirmed that engineers are currently at the site trying to resolve the issue however, due to the complexities of the incident they are unable to confirm a date that the line will be reopened.

Passengers travelling with SWR between London Waterloo and Epsom are advised that the service will end and start from Ewell West followed by a replacement bus service that will run between these stations.

Tickets are also being accepted on all Southern services between Epsom and London Victoria as well as TFL Bus routes 406 and 418.
