The collision took place in Park Lane, Croydon
A woman has been taken to hospital this afternoon after a crash in the centre of Croydon.
The pedestrian, who people described as being in her 30s, was taken to hospital from the scene of the crash at around 12.30pm in Park Lane.
A statement from Met Police confirmed no arrests had been made but were unable to confirm the condition of the woman.
Motorists have been advised to avoid driving in the area, with significant disruption continuing as of 3.30pm.
Met Police have been contacted for more information.
