A bus route from Streatham Hill will be extended to St Pancras and King's Cross from November 10.
Route 59, which currently terminates at Euston Station, will provide a link to the new Eurostar terminal at St Pancras Station. Eurostar services are due to switch from Waterloo to St Pancras on November 14.
The change comes following a review of the existing service and reflects requests received from a number of passenger groups, including London TravelWatch.
