A photographer from Kingston has pleaded not guilty to breaching a foot-and-mouth cordon in Surrey.
Philip Hollis, 44, pleaded not guilty at Guildford Magistrates' Court to a charge under the Animal Health Act to breaching the zone near Woolford Farm on August 4.
His case has been adjourned for trial on February 4.
A second photographer, James Purkiss, 32, from Fareham, Hampshire, also denied a charge of breaching the foot-and-mouth cordon.
His trial is due to start on February 18.
