A double-decker bus crashed into a bridge on Coombe Road in Kingston on Sunday morning (November 3), prompting a response from emergency services in the area.
Officers from the Met Police, plus workers from the London Ambulance and London Fire Brigade attended the scene.
Responding to a request from the Comet, a spokesperson for the Met Police said that the crash occurred around 8.20am on Sunday morning:
"Police were called at approximately 08:20hrs on Sunday, 3 November to reports of a bus in collision with a bridge in Coombe Road, Kingston.
"London Ambulance Service and London Fire Brigade attended.
"The bus was a private hire vehicle," the Met said.
The spokesperson added that there had been "no reports of any serious injuries" and that the roads in the immediate area had "reopened at approximately 10:05hrs"
